The Central Coast Roosters also had a considerable win over the weekend, with a 30-point victory over the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks in Round 3 at Shark Park. 

In a similar fashion, the Central Coast ran out to a dominant 28-nil lead at the break to set up the victory, with hooker Mahlie Cashin scoring a double in a three-minute period.  

Cronulla scored their maiden try early in the second stanza, but a further two tries to the Red, White and Blue ensured a comfortable victory and a spot in the top four.

Sydney Roosters 28 def New Zealand Warriors 18

At Morry Breen Oval, the Harold Matthews Sydney Roosters recorded a solid 28-18 victory over the New Zealand Warriors, coming away with the two competition points after a close first half. 

The sides went tit for tat in the opening 30 minutes, with tries to Zane Cordi and EJ Mahu-Delamere leaving the scores level at 12-all at the break. 

But it was a different story in the second half, with the Roosters scoring three tries in a twelve-minute period to take a handy 16-point lead heading into the final quarter, holding off their opponents for a 28-18 win.

It was a tough afternoon for the Central Coast Roosters in the Harold Matthews Cup against Illawarra, downed 20 points to nil down in Wollongong.

The young Roosters held strong early on in defence, with points coming against them in quick succession mid-way through the first half, only trailing by ten points at the break. 

Unfortunately for the Central Coast, their attacking opportunities were unable to bear points, with the Steelers once again striking twice to secure victory.

Sydney Roosters Indigenous Academy 62 def St George Dragons nil

The Sydney Roosters Indigenous Academy have continued their dominance and sit comfortably at the top of the Tarsha Gale Cup table following a 62-nil demolition of the St George Dragons. 

The Tricolours scored twelve tries in their comprehensive victory, cruising to a 30-nil lead at the break with braces to Aaliyah Boland and Anabelle Ross. 

There were six individual tryscorers in the second half, highlighting a team-oriented performance that has the side with a 156 point differential at the top of the Tarsha Gale Cup ladder.

Much like the Harold Matthews side, the SG Ball Cup Roosters recorded a solid win over the New Zealand Warriors, and now remain as one of four undefeated teams in the competition. 

Jake Friend's side scored a quartet of four pointers in the first stanza for a 20-nil lead, with De La Salle Va'a, Toby Rodwell, Jake Elliott and Jaxson Allen putting their names on the scoresheet. 

Rodwell bagged a double just minutes on resumption to extend the lead, and while their opponents scored three times Va'a's second quashed any chance of a comeback, with the Roosters coming away with a 32-16 win.

The Central Coast Roosters had a big win over the Northern Tigers on their trip to Tamworth, securing a 22-point victory in a dominant display away from home. 

With ten points scored in nearly as many minutes, the Roosters went into the break with a lean 10-6 lead. 

But three tries in thirteen minutes thanks to Blessing Foini (32nd), Isaac Philips (40th) and Cooper Gibbs (45) saw the Red, White and Blue streak away for a comprehensive win.

Central Coast Roosters 26 draw with Northern Tigers 26 

It was a high-scoring affair at Farrer MAHS in Tamworth between the Central Coast Roosters and Northern Tigers, with neither side able to be separated at fulltime in a 26-all draw. 

The Tigers struck first within the first minute of play, but the Red, White and Blue struck back with four tries, including three in eight minutes for a handy 22-6 lead at the break. 

Both sides went tit for tat in the early stages of the second stanza, but with the home side hitting back late and slotting a penalty goal in the final minute, the sides finished at a 26-all stalemate at fulltime.
